A city building plan, or master plan for short, is an outline plan with the force of laws allocating areas and land of a local authority according to preliminary urban planning. This planning is done in combination with municipal bodies and government bodies, in order to develop designated areas in the urban space. In order for planning to be done optimally, it must include a number of essential aspects such as cultural, social, economic planning, etc. in order to meet everyone's common needs.
