The term master plan refers to city building plans that exist in each local authority. These plans meticulously list all the areas and areas belonging to each city and local authority, with each area explicitly defining the designation of the existing land. For example, land designated for residential use will be marked in the plan. Certain, while lands designated for agricultural purposes will be marked differently. The purpose of the master plan is to serve as an outline plan of the urban space, while stipulating certain conditions that preserve the character of the city. In this way it is possible to establish and develop existing urban areas through expanded construction in these areas, while maintaining the urban fabric characterized by the same local authority. There are cases in which future construction plans do not comply with the existing master plan in the same authority, and therefore it is necessary to make a master plan in order to implement the construction plan.
